I usually put mine in the fridge when they've gone a bit too brown/black. They're very sweet and keeping them there means they won't go bad too quickly.
Your physical and emotional well-being is affected not only by what you eat but also what you don't eat! Cut out fresh fruit and veg and you cut out a bit of happiness. After all, you are what you eat.
