When cooking veggies just add a dash of lemon juice or vinegar in the water, it brings out the flavour and the colour. If you add it to cauliflour - it will keep its white colour and also make rice keep its whiteness.
Your physical and emotional well-being is affected not only by what you eat but also what you don't eat! Cut out fresh fruit and veg and you cut out a bit of happiness. After all, you are what you eat.
