
Ingredients:
225g broccoli
200g cauliflower
25g butter
25g flour
300ml milk
75g breadcrumbs
50g Cheddar, grated
Salt and pepper
Pinch of grated nutmeg
Method:
1. Parboil the broccoli and cauliflower.
2. Make white sauce by melt the butter, stir in the flour and add the milk.
3. Season with salt, pepper and nutmeg.
4. Mix the vegetables with the sauce.
5. Top with the breadcrumbs and cheese.
6. Bake at Gas 4/180°C/350°F for 20 mins.
