Avocado Macadamia Dip


Ingredients:

1 avocado stoned and skinned
1 cup chopped roasted macadamia nuts
2 Tbsp lemon juice
Salt
Pepper
Half cup sour cream
2 Tbsp Thai sweet chili sauce

Method:

1. Mash the avocado, lemon juice and sour cream using a fork.
2. Add chili sauce, salt and pepper to taste.
3. Mix in Macadamia nuts.
4. Chill until ready to be served.
5. Garnish with whole chili flakes.
