Pear, Banana, Oat and Honey Breakfast Smoothie

Ingredients:

1 ripe juicy pear, cored
1 ripe banana, peeled
30g Porridge Oats
1tbsp clear honey
110g low fat natural yoghurt
250ml apple juice
Handful of ice cubes

Method:

1. Place all the ingredients in a smoothie maker or
food processor and blend till smooth.
2. Serve chilled in a tall glass.
