Mango and Banana Smoothie


Ingredients:


1 Large ripe mango, stoned peeled and sliced

1 Lime (juice and grated zest)

1 large ripe banana, peeled and roughly chopped

200ml orange juice, or more to taste


Method:


1. Place all ingredients in a blender.

2. Blend until smooth, adding more orange juice if required to obtain the desired consistency.

3. Pour into glasses and serve immediately.
